Managing
Director - Peter Staub
Peter completed a Chef Aprenticeship and Management Course at the Hotel School
Laussane, in Switzerland.
He immigrated to Cape Town and spent nine years working as an Executive chef
at the President Hotel and at Kelvin Grove.
Peter was F&B
Manager at San Lameer and later he joined the Protea Hotel Group Head Office
as Development Manager, to refurbish and upgrade various
Protea Hotels.
After gaining extensive product knowledge through his experience in the
hospitality industry, in 1996 he left the Protea Hotel Group to start Hospitality
Procurements
(Pty) Ltd.
Purchasing manager - Nicolas Staub
Nicolas joined the business in 2000 and has successfully completed several
residential and hospitality projects. His extensive supplier contacts and
product knowledge makes him a valuable asset to the company.
Project Co-ordinator - Kerry McCann
Kerry received her higher Diploma in Interior Design from Wits Technicon
in 1997 and has practised in Cape Town since then for various interior
design
companies, before joining Hospitality Procurements in 2000. She specialises
in the co-ordination and administration of projects and works closely
with the appointed interior designers.
